Before work begins
If a project is cancelled before any agreed work, research, planning, production, or reserved delivery time has started, a refund may be issued for amounts that have not already been committed to non-recoverable costs.
This policy explains how refund requests are handled for consulting, strategy, media planning, growth marketing, creative, and related project services.
If a project is cancelled before any agreed work, research, planning, production, or reserved delivery time has started, a refund may be issued for amounts that have not already been committed to non-recoverable costs.
Once work has begun, fees covering completed work, time already invested, deliverables already produced, or resources already reserved are generally non-refundable. Any unused prepaid portion may be reviewed on a proportional basis.
Advertising spend, platform charges, software subscriptions, contractor costs, transaction fees, and other third-party expenses paid or committed on a client's behalf are not refundable once incurred.
For ongoing engagements, cancellation can stop future work and future billing. Work already completed or underway within the current agreed service period remains chargeable.
Send the request with the project name, payment date, and reason for the request. Each request is reviewed against the agreed scope, work completed, and any non-recoverable costs.
